There were actually three cubs but it was hard to get them all in one picture. The three cubs were born last year and their mum is obviously really capable - it is not that usual that three cubs survive. I could see why - she was really watchful and kept the surroundings and the cubs under surveillance at all times. She was not so worried about us though (three people with cameras was not a threat to her - she was so clever!) and allowed the cubs to come quite close to us.
